CapyXO Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At CapyXO (“we”, “app”), we take the privacy of our users seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the CapyXO mobile application.

2. Data We Collect

Data provided by the user:

• Username (chosen by you, no real name required)
• Avatar selection

Automatically collected data:

• Device ID (anonymous, randomly generated)
• Game statistics (wins, losses, draws)
• Coin balance
• Match history (last 5 online matches)
• Season points

Data we do NOT collect:

• Real name or surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Location data
• Camera or microphone access

3. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• Online multiplayer matchmaking
• Leaderboard and season rankings
• Friend system
• Daily bonus and quest tracking
• Resolving technical issues

4. Data Security

• All data is stored on our secure servers located in Germany (Frankfurt)
• All connections are protected with HTTPS encryption
• Your data is never sold or shared with any third party
• API key protection prevents unauthorized access

5. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device information for ad personalization. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Google Play Services: Used for app distribution on Android devices.

6. Children’s Privacy

CapyXO is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it immediately.

7. Data Retention

• User data is retained as long as the account is active
• Upon account deletion, all data is permanently deleted
• Match history retains only the last 5 matches

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Right to access: View your data
• Right to deletion: Delete your account and all data (via “Delete Account” in the app)
• Right to correction: Update your username

9. Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the app
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account
3. Confirm

All your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Cookies

Our mobile app does not use cookies. Only your device’s local storage (SharedPreferences) is used.

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. For significant changes, we will send an in-app notification. The current policy is always available at capyxo.app/privacy.
